So its May, Spring is supposed to be sprung, our toes freshly manicured and itching to get into those fab new sandals you treated yourself to, but instead we are still clinging to the warmth of our Autumn/Winter wardrobe essentials.
Online stores have been bombarding you with clothes, shoes and accessories all wore best with the side of sunshine but I think we can all agree Irish Spring/Summer weather is as capricious as they come!

It maybe cold and wet but the call of outside wining and dining is loud and clear. It will mean in these early outings after lockdown you’ll need to be prepared to dress for all the elements while still looking Summer ready. We’ve got some fashion and lifestyle tips for outside entertaining whatever the weather.

Trans-seasonal trainers will keep you cosy…

Trainers are a year-round staple in any fashionistas wardrobe and are perfect for outdoor wining dining. You can ditch the heels but still get the extra height you want from our wedge trainers! They are still dressy enough to feel like you’ve glammed up for the day/night but give you the comfort you crave. Check out this pair with subtle black sparkle from Spanish brand Xti, only £45.

Switch to summer boots…

The beauty of wearing Summer boots mean you can wear these laced up lovelies but still hide your favourite cosy socks inside and look stylish at the same time. This classic Doc Martin look isn’t going anywhere this season, just brighten up your current wardrobe with lighter colours of your favourite biker boot style. Check out these from our Una Healy Collection. The Khaki Canvas Boots are £53 and the Off White Boots are £75.

Ultimate Arm Candy…

You can still cling to your Winter wool coat or cosy puffer as you brave the elements for a Gin and Tonic this May but an easy way to inject that Spring/Summer vibe is a practical and bright cross over bag like our Ellie Beaumont bags priced at £89. These leather lovelies come in a range of gorgeous colours, all with interchangeable straps so your bag can be as individual as you are. Check out are full collection in store or online.

Warm your belly with fiery Dark & Stormy cocktail…

Why not give this gut warming cocktail a try this May. I know we probably feel like going for a hot toddy instead of a Mai Thai at the minute but give this this fiery ginger cocktail a try instead. It will be sure to warm you up whilst enjoying outdoor socialising.
