By entering this site you agree to the terms of business stated here. The placement of an online order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
How To Make A Purchase
Browse through each of our collections and select the items you wish to purchase by adding them to your shopping basket. Once you have completed your selection click on "Proceed to Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that are required to process your order. We will contact you by telephone or email regarding any delivery delays or security issues. We accept the following major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro.
All prices shown are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of any VAT payable in UK. If a product is advertised at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or a supplier error we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order whether or not the order has been confirmed. In such a case we will make you aware of this and a full refund will be given, if required. Prices quoted on this web store are for Internet sales only.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of purchase in its original condition and packaging (e.g. with the original box). The box including any labels should not be defaced or damaged in anyway. We will refund the product price but unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage cost. Returns can also be taken back to our store. Please take proof of purchase with you when returning items.
Please ensure your name and addresses are clearly visible on the return form. If you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements. We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.
All shoe and foot care products are non returnable. Please be advised that due to the nature of the highly beaded / sequined / jewelled decoration of some products, some small beads and trims will become loose during normal wear and tear and are not a manufacturing fault.
Please note unless the description states otherwise our shoes are not waterproof.
If you wish to exchange your purchase as it is unsuitable please complete the returns form which has been provided to you within the shoe box or please contact us through phone or email.
You must notify us of any product that you deem to be defective or not of satisfactory quality within 7 days from the date of delivery. We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instruction, misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time but, in respect of any ordered goods, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which you accepted when you placed your order.
Once the payment for your goods has been cleared we will then dispatch your goods for delivery. If the goods happen to be out of stock we will advise you through email and issues a refund right away. We endeavour to deliver in timeframes outlined in the Delivery section, however are reliant upon third party carriers such as Royal Mail and DPD and so cannot be held liable for any delays and or loss caused by delays.
Security and Payments
All transactions which take place on our website are processed securely through Sagepay payments. All your payment details are held on Sagepay secure servers and so we have no access to any of your card or payment details. We may contact your bank if we suspect the transaction is fraudulent in anyway, this may cause a delay in processing and dispatching but is in the best interest of the customer.
Information which is held at Houstons Footwear is the name of customer, address to delivery, email and telephone to get in contact. Houstons Footwear will not release any of the customers information to third parties unless it is given that we are providing you with a service such as your address so that the item can be delivered to your address.
Houstons Footwear reserves the right to cancel an order at any time.
At Houstons Footwear we strive to adhere to consistently high standards and offer an excellent service. If for whatever any reason you are dissatisfied with the service we have provided you, please let us know. We need to know if things do go wrong so we can rectify these going forward.
